BP have you tried sweet money on a brisket? If so what did you think. Iwas thinking there might be too much sugar for a long cook.

it is a honey bonded sugar I use Money on brisket.. and Simply marvelous Peppered Cow ...good enough for a se3cond today in Alamosa Colo
