Started off halving some pasilla/pablano peppers, laid in some beans, bacon, and onions...then topped it off with some shredded cheese...smoked on the memphis at 275 until the cheese was golden brown...the sauce is a new one I tried out for the first time, it's technically an enchilada sauce but I've added in buttermilk and few other things..tacos were made similar to a previous post I made...here are a few shots of my plate...
