Started fourth of July with some appetizers. ABT's and bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops. First, the ABT's went on (jalepeno, cream cheese, little smokies, bacon, and 3EYZ).
Then, added the shrimp and scallops. Used shrimp/scallops, 3EYZ, and either Sriracha, Cholula, or Tapatio sauce. Didn't remember which was on which, so I can't tell you which one was best.:

Next the Tri Tip. First slathered on balsamic glaze, then topped with BPS Sweet Money. On the MAK at 275°F:
Flipped at 115°F. Added the shrimp towards the end:

Everything was real good.
