Want To Say Thanks

There are so many people on this forum that I need to thank for getting me to a decision regarding my first PG purchase. I don't want to slight anybody; but there were some forum members who need to be recognized:
Big Poppa-you knowledge of the subtle differences between PGs was invaluable to me
TentHunter-I found your post here of 7/1/11 to be a moment of clarity for me
Sparky, Jimsbarbecue, and Squirtthecat- your insights from a user's perspective gave me the details that made me comfortable with my decision.
Now I move the process from decision making to shopping at Big Poppa's for my MAK 1 STAR.

Hey Mike thanks so much...I cooked some Strube Wagyu tonight for the entire family and a good friend who has a two star and he said "how did you get that much smoke on this meat? I said ONe Star Baby!
