Andy, I've never had Spiedini so I looked it up and from what I gather it's Italian style kabobs. Man, that sounds like a great idea for on the grill. What makes them uniquely Italian versus other kabobs? Do you have any pics, suggestions on favorite variations? Please dish up some more details!
