Well the wife is out boozing with her girlfriends so it's up to me for dinner. Like always.
Raining to beat the bad so have to cook inside. Was wanting some pork tenderloin and potato au gratin but didn't have a tenderloin. That's ok found some beer brats. Cut on the bias and seared off.
Add to some au gratin potatoes and cook.
If you have ever eaten at Jim & Nicks BBQ you know about the mini cheese muffins. Made some a little different. Swapped out 1/5 of the flour with corn meal for a little crunchier taste. Let's eat.
