Zman with bacon

Think the Zman can't get better? It can! Tonight's dinner was sliced brisket (slightly dry :/), provolone cheese, and okie joes BBQ sauce. Although instead of fried onion ring it was a bacon wrapped onion. I will say my favorite meal is the Zman... This is the first time I would say I've eaten something better!

Never heard of a Zman sandwich before (had to look it up). Man, it looks great. Feel free to plate me up!

Great twist with the the bacon-wrapped onion rings. I'm seeing those a lot lately... I have got to try them.
