...new to the site and will be taking delivery of a 2 Star in a couple of days. Been smoking on offsets of various designs since the 60s. Owned a Traeger back in 94 for a few years. Presently have a modified Chargriller, Weber Smoker and a Santa Maria wood grill. Looking forward to getting my hands on the MAK.
