The legendary skater Scott Hamilton is a very very close friend. I actually unoficially adopted him years ago as sort of a joke but he spends most of his birthdays with us. He and his wife flew in for the weekend to hang out and Scotty has a MAK 2 Star and wanted a rib lesson...

I showed a him a modified Trigg method and he was really happy It was a great birthday for a great American....He has gone through so much health issues (8 operations last year on his brain alone...we almost lost him)
Its an honor to cook for an Olympic Gold medalist that is really one of the finest people I have ever met.
