While I have not always lived the good life, as a child the tooth fairy left me jawbreakers, I seemed to have got back to square. While looking in the deep freeze yesterday it seems the butt fairy, no not THAT one, left me a little 3 lb boneless butt roast. Any idea on the cook time for something like this at 225? Looking forward to some pulled pork sammies for the college games tomorrow.
