I gave my wife my christmas list today. Its as follows.

Mak 2 remote pellet boss
Mak 2 armored food probe
Mak 2 full size upper grate

Now I admit this is a bit pricey...but my birthday is 12/23 so she kills two birds with one stone. So BP is you see a order come in on my account without what I requested please pm so I can give my wife a nudge in the right direction.

Great Idea. I have a Kitchen Aid mixer and I am pretty sure there is a grinder attachment. Going on the list! Fresh home made sausage would have gone well with the pizza I made on the mak the other day.
