Cooking, Golf, and drinking high end Rums. When I retire in three years I am thinking about Comp BBQ. My wife thinks otherwise.

I like to build things, I am currently building a V8 Trike, this is the second trike I have built, the first on was a VW Trike, just not enough power. I am an avid NASCAR Fan. I like to read & take & take long walks on the beach (oh wait, the beach part is my wife not me).

I enjoy riding our Harley-Davidson motorcycle, 64 plymouths,cooking on our green mountain grill and working two days a week. plus retirement. Also enjoy nascar races and going to Kansas speedway, spring race, staying in the infield.

when im not cooking /smoking food im riding my Harley hunting for food to smoke and fishing for fish to smoke I golf and shoot and reload lots of bullets for the fun of it

Cooking gourmet meals (or at least learning / trying)

And collecting and drinking fine wine. Over the last year I have become obsessed with wine. It has change my entire outlook on food and cooking.

I wish for once I could pick a cheap hobby ;)

I love playing music, guitar mostly but I can "fill in" on a bass or maybe a mandolin. I also love golf and enjoy college football/basketball/hockey (Michigan State University), the Detroit Redwings, Tigers and Lions (yeah... I admit that). The sporting events are a great excuse to have friends over to test out new concoctions!

Nice! I grew up in Lansing but attended and partook in many rock'n'roll shows in the Motor City. It's a great city (not at its peak right now...) that gets a bad rap. You're good in my books!

Totally missed this thread, (was on hiatus). Better late than never.

Flying: Got to fly a friends airplane in 2006, was hooked; pilot license in 2007, bought my airplane in 2008.
Motorcycles: current Harley is my my ninth motorcycle, starting when I was 15.
Golf: hard to call this a hobby...want to find your flaws as a human? Care about your golf game.

I have been building up a Saltwater reef in my home office, I also love Nascar, hiking, biking, photography and who couldnt forget Smoking!
