Mak 2 Cover

Ok I have done everything short of sitting Oprah Winfrey on one side and Rosie Odonnell on the other to keep this thing from blowing off. Any great solutions out there?

clamping the ends tight w/ hand clamps.

I clamp the ends as well. Just roll the end tight and clamp the roll.

You clamping around a leg?

No not around a leg. I just roll up the slack in the cover and place the clamp over the roll. I'll post a pic later when the MAK has cooled off.

Just draw the the cover together front to back and roll it. Clamp over the roll. Do it on each side and a hurricane won't be able to blow it off.

I just clamp and connect the opposite ends of the cover, pass it through underneath the Mak 2 grill - it works fine, even with the worst Santa Ana winds here in Southern CA blowing through

Do you have a Harbor Freight in your area? They sell all types of tie down, cords, and bungie stuff

Bricks, clamps, both work great. This time of year snow/ice seems to hold mine down just fine.

I use a small spring clamp at the bottom of each leg.
