well, saturday morning. my wife just woke up and ask what i am cooking her for breakfast on one of my maks. my maks. if it wern't for bp i would have never started this journey. everyone here is great. so many ppl send me stuff for xmas. ppl who i have never meet before. i learn from everyone on how to cook stuff. prime rib, veges, chicken, pork butts, ribs and a whole bunch of other stuff too. i am very comfortable here and trust everyone to give me great advice. thanks BP and the rest of ya'll. i have made some great friends along the way too. ok, well wife has her hands on her hips waiting for breakfast. but dear, its only 30° outside. its cold. she tells me the maks don't care what the temp is. she's right as always. i wish i was the smart one or the boss......

She may be the boss but do you have the PelletBoss? It's a must have for cold weather although I'm not sure 30* qualifies!

some cut up little potatoes w/ onion and 1 halebeno. got some jimmy dean sausage on also. when done will throw on some scramble eggs. got a bottle of champange too.

Spark you need to get that meat grinder and make your own breakfast sausage. So much better than store bought. Got one for christmas and made a batch of bkf sausage and ground a chuck roast for my own burgers. First time i felt good about eating a med rare burger in years. The only way to go!
