go 49er's

well, last weekend the young saintly gentleman was in santa cruz w/ the mrs. good weekend! so he wasn't able to cook on his beloved maks. his wife thinks he has a problem. nah, he just likes cooking w/ the maks. well, this weekend he was very hungry and his beloved 49ers were playing at 3:30 pm western standard time. he started cooking friday night and just turned off his grills. this is what he produced w/ the maks.

sparky how good is that balsamic? I am using the pmegranite on the chicken for comp as a glue

i'm liking the balsamic glazes. the regular one has outstanding flavor. i have used it on chicken, ribs, butts, shrimp. love the deep wine flavor. the stuff is real thick. excellenta as glue. i wish the other flavors came in bigger contains like the cherry and regular one.
