I smoked a spiral cut ham on the MAK yesterday for my Dad's 70th birthday party. It was a huge hit and even some lucky friends and family got to take a few leftovers home.

looks fantastic. what temp and for how long? how was the taste?

I smoked it for about 3 hours at 175 and then ran it to 275-300 for another 2.5. I used BBQer's Delight Sugar Maple and made up some basting and pan sauce of apple juice with brown sugar, honey, real maple syrup, butter, dijon mustard, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp onion powder along with the hams packet mix. I brought it to a boil and poured it over the top of the ham basting it every half hour or so. The taste was amazing, the best ham I've ever had.

That looks fantastic! Did you keep it covered in the pan the entire time? Other than when basting.
