big mista perfect pork rub

good morning ya'll. i was just getting ready to place a BPS order and was wondering if anyone has tried the big mista pork rub? thanks for input. oh, one more thing. do you guys like the whiskey or the coffee balsamic glaze better? and which of the new virgin olive oils do ya'll like too? thank you.

That coffee balsamic glaze makes a great glue for your rub. Last week I used it on a tri tip. After taking off the silverskin and globs of fat, I rubbed the glaze on and then BP's Double secret steak rub. Marinated it overnight and then reverse seared it like a steak. That glaze gave it a fantastic flavor profile, so many different flavors hitting your tongue at once. It is now my wife's favorite. I would have pictures when I get my camera hooked to my computer.

spark...mista is already selling it cheaper on his site.... ....I prefer the garlic oil for beef and lemon for fish and chicken and love the coffee glaze

The Pepper and the Garlic are fantastic. Now I just need to add the balsamics for the wife to be happy. Maybe surprise her with the Lemon olive oil to, she loves to smoke fish.

X2 on the pepper EVOO, great in stir fries, ribs, etc. I use the garlic for most other things. Have used the basil for chicken, some stuffed portabella thingies, and stir fry. It's all good! I've only tried the coffee balsamic so far, its killer, great glue.

I love hearing all these ideas. I wouldn't have thought about order that pepper EVOO but I have it in the "cart" already!!
