Hoping to get rid of bad mojo - Pig Candy

Picked up my Mak 1 yesterday and after doing some over salty chicken brests day one I figured I had to break her her in right with a batch of Pig Candy. First attempt and going to be a staple for for sure. If the stuff I cook down the road is anything like this I am going to need some bigger pants.
