i don't think i have seen this cooked on a pellet grill yet. 1st time. captain, what be ye orders. head for that little island and let get some supplies. and it starts like this.... ps: this will be a silent movie. no talking.

Man oh man does that look good, love the steak and clams idea as I have never seen it off a pellet grill either... and those grate marks are a thing of beauty!

Very cool Sparky!!!

I have never cooked with clams before. So they are done with they open up?? Anything special you have to do with cleaning them?

i just rinse then real well. once open they done. the ones that don't open throw out. clams w/ butter & lemon = heaven.

That was a happy ending! Especially like the non use of the FT for the clams. BTW foil is a beautiful thing. I'm man enough to admit it.
