Race night ribs

[Chili Head]

I put some ribs on today so I would have something to munch on tonight while watching the Daytona 500.
Picked up some of this too to enjoy while the ribs are cook'n

I used some pomegranate glaze and two different rubs.

There getting some good color now and it's time to foil.

Dang another 30-60 minutes..I'm getting hungry!

Jarhead I used a sauce that's made here in Illinois called "Meat Smack"
It's good stuff!
