ya going to get my good side right? i just got a character of myself dressed up like a pirate. i will see if i can post it some how. butchers is very good. i also got some 4 men and a pig sauce i want to try also. it looks good.

i didn't hold anything back. you saw everything i use on these ribs. no FL was used. when i sauce my ribs i just let them cruz until its sauce time.

Chili, it's a pretty nicely balanced sauce. Twangy and sweet with a nice bit of heat on the back end. For normal folks anyway but may be a bit on the tame side for you!
