I have researched for almost a year, and waited almost as long to get the funds required to make the purchase. I told myself I would not post to the world that I ordered, but I can not contain myself. I feel like a kid at Christmas time. I finally received my VA disability money, and my wife was good with me spending a nice chunk on myself. I just ordered a shiny brand new 2012 MAK 2-Star General, and many accessories. Thank you to everyone on this site for helping me in my research. Reading all the advice you have given to me, and countless others was crucial in my decision. Thank you, and I hope to be posting pics of some really good cooks soon.
