Ok Play away with different sauces....one that we sometimes use in comp is pretty neat....

One cup Head Country
1/4 cup Blues hog regular
Healthy squeeze of honey and a little peach juice....

play around with sauce combos....

also play around with the thickness of the sauce...

Do give away all the secrets. Honestly Head Country and Blues Hog Regular are the two sauces I use more then any other because they are guest favorites. Which reminds me I need to order more. When using Blues hog I set it on top of the warming drawer to heat it up and thin it out making it easier to brush on. The other items I use in my Sauce mixes are Tiger Sauce and will take rub put it in a coffee grinder and make a fine powder from it and add to the sauce. The last is soda pop.

Thank you BP that just topped off my order!

First off, im on a mission .....call it a Q Jouney... to find "the" sauce i like the most. Over the past half a year or so i've purchased almost every Sauce BP sells. Right now im on a blues hog kick. To me its incredible straight out of the jar, but i have sometimes cut it with honey depending on my mood. Blues Hog is also a great place to start if I feel the urge to experiment. It tastes so different than all the ones i've tried and the consistency is just what im lookin for in a sauce.

Lately I've been cutting blues hog with water and apple juice.
I still haven't found blues hog red locally. I want to try mixing the two..
