Some Down Home Comfort!

Smoked Meatloaf and Mak Mac-n-cheese

Put the meatloaf together. Some onion, green pepper, oats, tomato, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, paprika and 2 lbs 75/25 ground beef. Shape into a loaf.

Onto the Mak at 275 with the tube smoker.

Cook for 2.5 hours and pull to add the topping.

Some chili sauce, ketchup and mustard. Slather it on.

Back on the Mak. Let’s make some Mak Mac an Cheese.

Mak to 350 and let’s let them finish

i got one thing to say. if your going to serve mak meatloaf and homemade mac and cheese you better be serving some moo juice. the food is killer. i love cold meatloaf sandwiches the next day. the best. nice cook buddy. :)

I have to agree with Sparky once again and I'm not quite sure what this "Tilt!" thing is suppose to mean from STC. But, man that looks pretty damn good my friend!!!!

WHOA NELLY!!! That is a great l;ooking plate of food. The best part of meatloaf is the leftovfers used for sammies.
