looks good. this was the 1st time doing meatloaf. the best meatloaf i have every had. the flavor was outstanding.

a 1st class meal all the way. not bad for a old guy.

meatloaf, ribs, salmon, mashed potatoes, asparagus and moo juice.

Dang a little bit of everything! Looks great man.
I've been wanting to try that glaze too and the rib candy. Was it really sweet or a good balance between hot and sweet?

a good balance between the two. my wife doesn't like spicy and she loved these ribs.

I'll have to order some next week and slip her some and see if she likes it.

Sparky, I notice you often cut your rib racks in half. Is their a reason?

lol, ya. i buy 2 racks from costco every friday. i cook 1 rack on saturday and 1 on sunday. i cut them in 1/2 so i can use 2 different rubs on them. your always searching for the best tasting / looking rib (maybe thats just me). its about the best rib you have ever had. i'm the worst critic of my own ribs. i am getting close though. its about the journey. :cool:
