Are we having one this week BP? Thought you had said 25 entries was double pot. Have not seen your post.Of course here in the real world its 8pm. In whaalaaa land it's 5pm. I may be jumping the gun! 
But just in case I am not let me say a couple of things. The name of this forum is not makingbbq with pellets .com. Or pellet bbq.com. It's pelletsmoking.com. In other words you are showing the versitilty of cooking with pellets. That being said I hope part of your cook is on a pellet grill. But it is not neccesary to use a pellet grill as long as you use pellets. That leaves so many options. I saw seafood last week that knocked me out. I saw long cook bbq that was great! I saw steaks cooked for 8min that were great. Just go for it. I am so looking forward to this weeks cooks after the great week we had last week. Let's see 25 entries and get that double pot!
