My weber is fine for this but to be able to lower the charcoal tray and adjust the heat plus you can bake in it would be the bees knees. Someday...

the very cool think about Hazel is being able to raise and lower the charcoal tray. i really love the heat deflector. you can bake up a storm. its cool because you can raise it to bake level and put the heat deflector on and put anything on her and have a few FT's. chicken, sausage, steak, breakfast rolls are great cooked this way. until you get your gourmet hasty bake you should get a drum. i can lower and raise my nest. i've made biscuits in Ursula.
