On holiday and sticking around the house playing

I'm off on holiday this week with no plans but in between golf, fishing and mowing the yard I'll be playing with my MAK.

Today I got the MAK fired up burning cherry.
Doing ribs rubbed with meat smack rub and a couple chops with sunshine grilling spice.

We're off and running..more to come.

Done! I could only stuff down two bones..one of each. They were cooked to perfection. Tender and juicy. Not bad tasting either..I've got my technique down. Im Just looking for that happy dance,hold me, fuzzy feeling when I eat em. Still looking..

I'm betting these will be better the next day.

The oink and squeal ribs were good..tasted like BBQ ribs lol. Nothing special..I like blues hog sauce better with a little water and cider vinegar.

The franks BBQ was good too but the heat was lost while cooking. Nothing special to these. I wont be buying this sauce again. Franks hot buffalo sauce on ribs puts these to shame. Those I can dig!

I got some rib candy and pepper jelly on the way..can't wait to try those out!

The pork chops/steaks were great!
I like all veggies! I like everything actually! Hehehe.

The sunshine grilling spice is good. I kinda over seasoned them for the wife's taste..

Did ABT's yesterday..didn't post pics cause y'all seen em a million times. They were outstanding! Especially the orange ones!

Planning on cooking something every day until next Thursday..at least that's the plan
