Jallelujah Chicken & Sweet Potato

I am loving the tube smoker with my Weber, and the giga torch made it SO easy!

The players:

No room on the grill so I put the bacon in the oven, sweet potato w chili garlic oil & Jallelujah:

On to the good stuff, rubbed the chicken with lemon EVOO and Jallelujah w Bacon:

Tube smoker add that gorgeous smoke, Mulberry pellets

Zucchini with a little butter & Desert Gold:

Flip the chicken & add veggies:

Thanks! I will post more, now w the torch & tube smoker...plus slightly cooler temps are a necessity. A drum smoker will be joining the family this week so I will cook w my dad and get him to post as well.
