Heres my first recipe but it ROCKS !!

Have a great pork loin recipe for anyone interested I affectionately call the triple threat, Im new to the pellet smoker (Traeger Elite) but this is awesome;
1 pork loin
1 lb spicey ground pork
1 pound thick cut pepper bacon
dry rub

1 full pork loin
filleted open and unroll
stuff with 1 pound spicey sausage
roll loin back up
wrap loin with 1 pound pepper bacon
tie up with butcher string
rub favorite dry rub generously
cook at 300 for 3-4 hours
then devoir
ENJOY !!!!!
