Pork Loin on a Friday Night!

Trimmed up, injected and seasoned this pork loin on Friday night. Cranked it up to 275 with some pecan pellets and let it ride, pulled at 154 and let rest. BPS Sweet Money Rub really puts some great color on pork!

Oh Yes, SOW marinade is terrific and the best part is that Andy and Kim from SOW are wonderful folks. The wife and I had the good fortune of running into them a few weeks ago and we're able to chat with them for a little bit. We also had a taste of their marinade that same weekend. GOOD Stuff ! !
