Can you make something good?

How about a rib roast coated with Basalmic and BPS DSSR...

Well, some were hoping you would make ribs.

We can do that too. I just got a 5lb bag of Sweet Money from Big Poppa, 3 racks of babybacks in the fridge and they can all play at 250*.

In you go....

Out at 132* IT, rest for about 30 mins while ribs finish ....

We're hungry!

Can we eat now?

Sure...

Mmmmmm!

Hey! Wait! I didn't get a picture of the ribs with the peach habanero jelly finish...

Oh well they were good anyway.

Can I have another one of those rosemary yeast rolls that just came out of the oven with a slice of beef on it?

Sorry I didn't get more and better pictures. As I get the cooking more coordinated hopefully the photography will improve too!

Sure do like this pellet cooking....

Thanks, TentHunter.

Come on over and we will try to feed you so many things you'll surely like one of 'em!

I have to warn you tho, that here in central AZ we'll be eating on the back patio tonight and at 4:30 this afternoon it is 84* out there...and it will drop into the high 60's within a few hours, once the sun goes down. So you might want to bring a sweater coming from balmy Ohio. :)

When I asked my 18 year old daughter about the rolls she made, she said it was a secret old family recipe.

But when confronted with tough, penetrating questions like, "How come I don't remember ever having them before?" She broke down and confessed all if I would promise to buy her some Tory Burch shoes.

I sometimes feel guilty for being so intimidating with my daughters that way...

Oh yeah the rolls... She bought frozen yeast rolls followed the instructions for thawing, rising, baking, etc. When she pulled them from the oven she brushed them with butter and sea salt and then sprinkled rosemary on top.

Actually pretty simple but they were delicious.

I think I'll get her to make another batch just to prove she was telling the truth.:)

They tasted even better, Scooter. And as it turns out were very simple to make.

My wife makes really great yeast rolls when I can talk her into it so I thought my daughter had probably just tweaked "Mom's recipe" a little and hit a home run. Turns out it was much easier.

I like simple, easy and repeatable.

Now I gotta see if I can get the wife to make a batch from scratch and let us top them off...
