Cooked a few things over the weekend....Ribs, Pork, and some chuck roast...

I was trying out Lambert's Sweet rub o mine, that BPS just started carrying...











This rub has some good flavor to it...I especially liked the color it provides...thanks for looking!

Food looks great. Have you experimented with any sauces for chicken or ribs that go good with that rub yet. I have Lambert's as we'll but have never done any testing. I know lambert's sauce would go great with it but was wondering if you or anyone else have used any combinations.

I did pair the Sweet Sauce O' Mine Sweet & Spicy Vinegar with the pork that I cooked, I thought it was great!

It does have a little heat to it, but I think for a vinegar sauce, it's actually on the thick side with great flavor!

That close-up shot of the pork is over the top!

The sweet & spicy vinegar sauce reminds me of a Western North Carolina style sauce.

Many. Many comp pitmasters still use it at least in combination with other sauces.
