i thought i would share with you my new island, fireplace and firepit. I did all the work on the bbq island and fireplace. Had a company do the yard and pavers as i had to have 350 tons of rock brought in to raise my yard 10 ft.
So how many of you foil your briskets, ribs and pork butts. i have tried both and cannot really tell that much of a difference. The only benefit i can see is that you might get more moisture, but if you inject it should it not matter?
So, listening to the radio the other day and they were talking briskets on a bbq show and said that you cannot tell a difference from a Sam's brisket vs. a wagu? one. Is that true cause you see on BBQ pitmaster season 1 guys going out and getting the good stuff vs. using the every day choice...
Same as Rubs, who makes theirs and who buys them and what brands.
I like Chris Lilly's red sauce from his book and Bandana Memphis style for everything else.
