Hello all, well we are cooking our very first 10.5 lb Brisket on our Mak 1 Star. Any Great tips would be appreciated. I have already started smoking at 7:00 am this morning at temp 225. Help.
My very first cook on my Mak 1 was awesome. We used the flame zone kit, I do have one concern though, while using the flame zone and my food on the top grill we found it difficult to remove the top grill to get to the flame zone covers... Are we doing something wrong? Loving our Mak1 ...
