1st try at Beef Short Ribs

Decided to get some beef short ribs from RD this week.
Turned out well, family and neighbors loved them.

Yeah boy! They look great.

Thanks everyone, rubbed with SM Beef rub, 2 1/2 hrs. @ 200-225, foiled @ 275 with a little beef broth for 1 1/2. Removed from foil, back to grill at 1 hr, rested 15 mins. Time to eat with smoked baked potatoes.
