5.5 lb. Pork butt vacuum packed goodness

This is my 4th pork butt to smoke and I thought I try something new. This time I seasoned it with Money rub mixed with brown sugar. The difference is I vacuum packed it to help pull in the seasoning. There is no need to season overnight as it's my understanding that sucking all the air out of the bag will pull the money and sugar into the pork butt. I could have injected the pork before vacuum sealing but figured I'll just do it before I throw it on the Mak. Also going to try inserting some garlic before smoking as well. All the fun begins early evening and will finish up tomorrow morning.
