Got the new one ready to roll

Did the burn in but did'nt have time for a big cook.

Now I know I'm going to take some abuse for this but please try it.

Johnsonville Basil Sweets Italian Sausage..On smoke for an hour and then 275 -300 for another 45 nin. Till they look like this.

I just snak on them.

But would be good on a bun with mustard and relish also.

The Mak looks great from this angle!
No abuse here; heck I would be all over having one of those sausages, nice smoke ring!

your suppose to break a mak in w/ pig candy. didn't you read the manual? lol. nice grill. whats the foil for? lol.....glad for ya getting a new grill. congrats my friend.

Your MAK looks great, just way too clean. What Sparky said about pig candy, that is the way to go (even after the breakin).

Nice! Too bad they don't stay lookin that sharp! Good job with the foil. Careful about putting large metallic objects on the SS unless you like scratches. Heck, be careful about putting small metallic objects on the SS also! :)
Sausages look awesome!
