WIll is the owner of a tremendous butcher shop (he sells maks too...has been a gentleman abourt that so I mentioned it) He and his family have taken to comp bbq and have already won their first GC

I have been hinting for him to get me good ribs and pork...He thought I was kidding...I called and asked and the next thing you know I get KILLER stuff that I have been searching for....he also cut the ribs on his saw to the PERFECT length...

Thanks for the kind words Sterling, you are so welcome. We really pride ourselves on offering only the finest to our customers (including MAK Grills). I'm not gonna lie, having a butcher shop is a real advantage when it comes to competition BBQ. There's lots of different opinions, styles and methods concerning BBQ and what makes good BBQ. But there is one thing I am sure of, when really good cooks have really good meat it's magic time.
