Advice on MSG and Gluten Free Rub and Sauces

Anyone have some advice they will share on rub, sauces, and marinades... that are gluten free as well as no MSG... I have a family member that is very sensitive to both.

If I am not mistaken most of Bigpoppas rubs are msg free not sure about gluten.

all of my rubs are msg and gluten free!

My wife can't tolerate even the smallest amount of either and she has had no reaction at all to any of the BPS rubs that I have used.

I love the fact that BPS lists the ingredients for the stuff they sell. It keeps me safe.

I was impressed with the size of the BPS containers I just ordered. No sissy containers. A large container if rub for a great price
