My wife has blessed a new MAK 1 Star General to replace my worn out Weber. I have been lusting after a smoker/pellet grill for years. We will be picking it up after Christmas and I can't wait to get it smoking!
I am already starting to order meat so there will be no delay in breaking the grill in.
I live in So Oregon with my lovely wife and 7yo twins, 8 on the 29th! I am fortunate in that I get to spend a lot of time with my kids. Both my wife and I decided they were more important than an extra income so I quit work. Now that they are older I am helping a couple companies and guiding fly fishermen in the fall.
What can I say, I love my life!
