Hi All... been lurking around here for a few weeks, figured I'd register and say hi. I received a new Memphis Pro for my birthday 2 weeks ago, and am having a ton of fun with it. Learing lots by reading all the posts here... Thanks for sharing.

Hahah... yeah, it's kind of a long story, really managed to "luck out." To make it short... The person whom I operate a business with (it's just the two of us) asked me what I wanted for my birthday, so I jokingly told him I had my eye on one of those for a while, and was planning on getting one as a house warming gift for myself when we move next year, figuring he'd never go and buy it. It was my passive aggressive way of saying "thanks for thinking about me, but you really don't need to get anything for me." Next think I know, the grill shows up at my door.
