Another Wifi issue

I took delivery of my new 2 star on Friday. Everything went smoothly on setup except for the wifi. I have entered the SSID and passphrase numerous times but for some reason it is not saving the information nor will it connect to the wifi. Signal strength is not an issue.

I'm at a loss right now.

Any thoughts?
