Anxiously waiting to for 80lbs (40 Oak 40 Apple) of BBQer's Delight coming 2mmrw. I've been using the Oak pellets supplied to me when I bought my GMG. Also used some Traeger Apple pellets since a dealer is only 5 mins. away from my home. While cruising this site I've noticed the high % of people preferring BBQer's Delight so of course I had to take the plunge and call BPS.
What kind of pellets do well with what meats?
