Got a decent rack of baby backs at the grocery store a couple of days ago. Time to get them going. My picture taking skills leave a lot to be desired, but here goes:

Had the 2 Star setpoint at 255, temp read around 250 the entire cook (it was ~50 and raining all day). Used BD hickory pellets. Went with a balsamic glaze for the glue, and a homemade rub (a variation of Meathead's Memphis Dust).

Taste was very good. I would remove them earlier. Should have trusted my toothpick test. When I picked up the rack, it broke in half. Also, may set to smoke for a bit to start off. Want more wood smoke flavor.
