My name is Steve and I am again a pellet smoker. Started using one about 15 years ago up in Boise, Idaho. Retired and moved to Nevada about 12 years ago.
I purchased a green mountain grill a few days ago and it's still on the back of the truck. This weekend..."watch out "

Me either. I'll be hauling this beauty up to Wildhorse, NV this friday.( I've got a cabin up there). Smoken up some "baby backs" right out of the gate. Going to try them at 190 degrees. I'll have some pics
