Well way back in March of 2013 I said I was going to try this.
Due to working way too much and other issues, I never got around to it until today.
I retired in early September of this year and finally got settled in our home in Prescott Arizona and I remembered this thread and decided yesterday to do it today.
Oh my god, this was just great. In fact I think it was the best bacon and chicken dish I have ever had. I made two of them and my wife decided she did not want hers so I will have leftovers. I'm just hoping it's as great the second time around.
