Bears win, best brisket ever!

It's been a great day, Da Bears crushed the Falcons (sorry Falcon fans), and just completed my longest smoke ever. I picked out a big fat brisket, a little Spade L beef rub, a pint of ajus, and BBQr's delight Hickory pellets. Fourteen hours later, shazam, best brisket ever. Did some wings too, just a little game time snack.

O, and I gave my Treager to my daughter and son-in-law.
I'm a MAK MAN now.

Yes I foiled it at 165 degrees, after 6 hours at 180 cooking temp fat side up. Put brisket in a foil pan with a pint of ajus and covered with foil cooked at 225 till meat reached 200 degrees, fat side down. Then took out of pan and smoked another 2 hours at 180, fat side up. Could have shoved my finger thru it.
