Spent most of the week on the coast for a little RR and on the way home yesterday my smoker trigger finger was itching. Wife suggested beef ribs and I did not argue.
Picked up a rack, unfortunately the store had halved them all to fit in their packaging. Oh well, wife suggested it would be easier for me to make one for her the way she liked them so away we went!
Hit them both with Frenchs and Plowboys Bovine
Onto the MAK at 250
Calling out for sauce....
Hit mine with Pepper Plant and the wife's with Big Bob Gibsons
Ready to go
Served up with some home made Mac and cheese
These hit the spot after week of hit and miss restaurant food and a few cooks on a gasser! Just can't beat food cooked on a pellet smoker no matter how simple!
