Beef by Spark. idea from bent.

got to love some beef. this is bent cook but my twist on it.

got some big mista's beef rub and BPS balsamic and a big chuck of meat.

onto #63 on smoke setting for 2 hours. then turned up to 230°.

cut up 1 purple onion and a apple. a swallow or two of pinot in the pan. dusted w/ 2 of my favorite rubs.

want to keep it simple to get the full flavor of the beef. so. cooked up a little jasmine rice w/ some cut up onions. be still my heart. simple fantastic flavors. thanks bent. one of my best cooks according to my wife and daughter. served w/ some moo juice and i got a wonderful meal. nice little snacky poo.

Apples & Onions play well together. I do something similar with pork, so I know this had to taste really good!

Boy, Sparky, FLB got you fired up on the beef kick. Looks good! I need to check the freezer to see if I have any beef I could try that one with. I know I have some elk roasts. I may just have to give that a try.
